That The Board of National Ministries of the Yresbyterian Church in the

Corporation, the Owner and Holder of a Mortgage gfven by the Hane Mission
Camuittee, The Yresbytery of the Everglades, Inc., a Florida non-profit
" Corporation, to the Board of Church Extension of the Presbyterian Church in
the United States, Inc., bearing date the 14th day of January 1963, and
recorded in Mortgage Book n~nber 59 at page 225, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida; given to secure
the sum of $20,000 upon the following described property, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie CounCy, State of Florida, to-wit:
Fraa the Northwest corner of Section 21-35-40, run east
