To whom it may concern:
This is to certify that I, Eugene Cavanaugh, Mayor of Port
St. Lucie, Flori~a, do hereby give Reece J. Parrish permission
to put a mobile home inside the city of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
~ This site will be located in Township 36 South, Range 40 East
~ and Section eight. The only conditions are as follows:
~
~ 1. That said person shall leave said location upon a thirty
day notice from the City of Port St. Lucie by authority
of the Mayor
2. That said person will leave said property if and when
house and/or paved road construction starts in that
Section. You will be given a thirty da.y notice
~
3. That the owner or the present lessor of said Township, 4
Range and Section give his permission also to all of
the above
This_letter is also the authority to put in and turn on electric
power to said mobile home.
