FI1~L JUDGM$NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE~ ~ This cause came on for trial the 20th day of March, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: l. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this ~ Court on August 22, 1973 against the Husband is hereby ratified ; ~ ~ and confirmed. a ~ k 2. The marriage between WILLIAM MOORE and IQ~iYE H. MOORE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of - them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- ~ tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising~ therefrom. 3. Custody of IQ:NNETH GREGORY MOORE and AURIEL JACQUELYN MOORE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ItAYE H. ~ ~ MOORE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM MOORE. ~ ~ 4.
