DISSOLUTION OF MARFtIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of March, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exi,sts
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between PAUL A. MYLES,
Husband, and SARALYN MYLES, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
14 and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
gations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
.
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAN~ . Saralyn Myles, Wife, be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her maiden name of Saralyn Higgs and to
~ use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. _
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
