This cause coming on to be heard on a Rule To Show Cause
on Petition of CAROL ANN CLARK and an Answer to said Petition hav
ing been filed by the husband, CARL CORBETT CLARK and the parties
and their Counsel being before the Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED tha t the husband , CARL CORBETT CLARK,
is not in contempt for failure to make the $40.00 per week pay- .
ment which was due on March 1, 1974; that the Court finds that th
husband, CARL CORBETT CLARK, is in contempt for failure to make
the payments March 8th and March 15th; and the Court does order

~ the husband, CARL CORBETT CLARK, to serve eight (8) days in the
St. Lucie County Jail for said contempt, provided, however, that
the husband can purge himself of contempt, and in the event he
does so purge hiunself, the aforementioned sentence shall be sus-
pended. The said purging shall be by the husband paying $80.00
found as arrearage herein no later than Friday, March 22, 1974.
Any amount less Chan $80.00 shall be divided by ten (10) and the
husband, CARL CORBETT CLARK, shall be given credit on the sentenc
on the basis of one (1) day's reduction for each $10.00 paid.
THE COURT FIJRTHER ORDERS that all future payments for
child support, com~nencing on March 22, 1974, shall be in the
CNARLES E. BECHT amount of Thirty ($30. 00) Dollars per week.
