addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as Statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or Cashier's check. Both of th
parties are ordered ~o keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Orde
is in effect.
THE C~JRT FIJRTHER ORDERS that in the event the husband
fails to pay the full $80.00 found due .in arrearage, that upon _
Affidavit being filed with this Court as to the amour~t of arrear-
age, an immediate Order shall issue for the committment of the hus
band, CARL CORBETT CLAitK, for the number of days so found to be
applicable under the texms of this Order. _
Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is re- ~
tained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
