Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~
and by him remitted prcunptly to KATHY DIANS BURWELL. In addition ~

there is hereby assessed the swn of One~Dollar ($1.00) as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
~
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of ~
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court advised of ~
~
their mailing and residence addressess at all times while this
Order is in effect.
4. The Stipulation entered into in open court before the
parties is herel~y incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. .
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
