CO-EXECUTRICES' DESD
THIS INDENT[TRE, executed the 15th day of March, 1974,
between LOUISB PAI~lER and JEANNS PAI~+iLR SCOTT, as Co-Executrices
of the Estate of W. A. PAI~MER, Deceased, Parties of the First Part,
and ROSA LEE GRIFFIN, a widow, whose address is 709 North 9th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated March 14, ,
1974, and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment

of an A reement reviously entered into between W. A. PAI~fER and i

the Grantee herein, and other good and valuable consideration in
hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm to the Party of the Second Part and to her heirs,
successors and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 36 of J. E. W. McCULLER'S SUBDIVISION, as per
E plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, Page 34 of
~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real.
property.
TO I~VE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part and to her heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
AI~ID the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns that in all
~ things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the Orders

~ of the above named court and the laws of Florida have been followed

~ and complied with in all respects.
