FINAL JUDGFENT
This causs came on for trial the ~ r day of March, 1974, and
the Court, having given fu11 conside~ati~n to all the evidence, fi~ds •
and daterminass This Court has jurisdiction ~f the parties and sgtbject
mattar ef this suit; that the relat~ion of husband and wifs now exists
betMreen the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretriavabty b~oken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon.
ORDERED AND ADJtAGEO as follawss
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LAWRENCE D.
BARNES and AUDREY E. BARNES be and the ssme is hereby dissotved, and
the parties and each of them ara he~eby forever fr~ed from the bonds
of matrimsny heretofore existing between them and from the obtigation
arising therefrem.
; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Tracey Janine, age 13, Deborah Alica, age
! 11, and Terri Lynn, age 9, minor child~en of the pa~ties, is hereby
~ awarded to tha Wife, AtlDREY E. BARNES aith reasonable visitation rights
reserved to tha Nusband, LANRENCE D. BARNES.
3. SUPP~tT. Cormiencing the 25th day of March, 1974s the husband
shall pay to the wifa the sum of $15.00 each and every week for the
support of each child named above.
Each payment shall be made to tha Clerk of this Court and by
him ramitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assassed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payrnent made

~ to the clerk. All payments shail be made in cash, money order or
~ cashier~s check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the C1erk
~ of this Court advised of thei~ maiting and residencead~itesses at all
~
~ times whtle this order is in effect.
