FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 21st day of March, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RAYMOND
WALTER TACKETT, Husband, and KATHY JEAN TACKETT, Wife, be and same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby ~
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony theretofore existing bet-
~ ween them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. Kathy Jean Tackett, Wife, be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her maiden name of Kathy Jean Jennings
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not in-
tervened.
