FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSO~LUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of February, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife,now e~dsts between th~ parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is, thereupon,
pRDERED A~ID ADJODGED as follows:

~ l. The marriage between EDWARD F. NEWBERGER, SR., and

~ JEAN H. NEWBERGER be, and the same is hereby dissolved and the
.
parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of
matrim4ny heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. C~.istody of EVE NEWSERGER, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to JEAN H. NEWB~ERGER, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to EDf~ARD F. I~WBLRGER, SR.
3. Commencing the 8th day of February, 1974 EDWARD F.
NEWBERGER, SR. shall pay to JEAN H. NEWBERGER the sum of Fifty
($50.OOj Dollars each and every week for the support of the child
above named; said payments to continue until the said EVE NEWBERGER
