NEWBffitGER, SR. , shall pay to JEAN H. IJE'WBERGER as periodic alimony the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars each and every week for her support, said payments to continue until the said JEAN H. NEWBERGER remarries, or until modified by Court order as pro- vided by law. Each payment above enumerated shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to JEAN H. NEWBERGER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Final Judgment is in effect. 5. The Husband, EDWARD F. NEWBERGER, SR., by appropriate instrument, shall convey any interest or title he may have in the Plymouth Fury III automobile and the Plymouth station wagon to the Wife, JEAN H. NEWBERGER, free and clear of any liens. 6. The real property jointly held in the name of the parties as an estate by the entirety, located on Ke~r Street and Hialeah Street, Fort Pierce, Florida shall be sold at private sales and not at forced sales, unless the parties cannot agree. In that event the said properties shall be sold at public sale to the - highest and best bidder for cash, subject to the outstanding mortgages.
