held in trust by Ben L. Bryan, Jr., Esquire for the parties, shall
be sold at private sal~ and not at forced sale, unless the parties
hereto cannot agree. In that event said property shall be sold at
public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, subject to
the outstanding mortgage.

The proceeds of all above properties shall be divided
equally between the Husband and the Wife.
7. The shares of stock of First National Bank of Fort
Pierce, Siboney, and Florida Public Utilities, jointly owned by
the parties shall be divided equally between them. Each of the
parties will execute the necessary documents so that each party
shall receive fifty percent (50%), or an equal amount, of the
shares of stock jointly held by the parties as an estate by the -
entirety.
8. That the shares of stock held by the Husband in his

individual name are the sole property of the Husband, and the Wife
has no special interest or equity therein.
9. That the Husband's interest in Citrus Shop #5 and
C& N Groves is the sole property of the Husband and the Wife has
no special interest or equity therein.
10.~ That the Husband, EDWARD F. NEWBERGER, SR., shall
have the right to remove four (4) pictures from the marital home
property, his personal effects, but not any of the furniture and
furnishings located therein. -
11. The Wife and minor child shall have the exclusive
possession and use of the marital home and the furniture and fur-
nishings located therein.
