12. That the Husband will have the exclusive right to
the use of the office building that is adjacent to the marital
home on the property jointly owned by the parties hereto. ~
13. That the Husband shall have the sole ownership of

the coin collection as his separate property, and that the Wife ~
has no special interest or equity therein.
14. The Court finds and determines the sum of One ~
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($1,250.00) Dollars to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and EDWARD F.
NEWBffi2GER, SR. is ordered to pay said attorney said sum, together
with any costs herein incurred by the Wife in the defense of these
proceedings in the sum of $168.00.
15. The Court, at this time, will not partition the
home property, including the tract wYiere the marital home and the

office building are located, consisting of approximately 12'~ acres
~
of land~and the three vacant lots, two fronting on Orange Avenue
and one Iocated adjacent to the lands wherein the marital home is
situated. ~The Court is reserving jurisdiction on the prayer f or
! partition of tlze Husband, and the parties hereto are directed to ~

attempt to reach an amicable agreement between themselves pertaining

to the home, office, grove and vacant lots. In the event the parties ;

cannot reach an agreement, thE court will appoint commissioners, ~

under the Partition Statute and if it is.determined that an equitable ~
~
partition of said property cannot be made then the said property, as ~
provided under the Partition Statute, shall be put up for sale and
sold for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to any out-
standing mortgage. In that event the net proceeds from the sale of
the home property and the three vacant lots shall be divided equally
between the parties hereto.
