This corporation sha21 be qoverned by the following special
provisions:
(1) The time and place of the annual stockholders
meeting shall be fixed and provided for in the
By-Laws, and notice of the same shall be given
in one of the metr.ods provided by law. Any
stockholder may waive notice of the time, place
and purpose of any meeting, either before, at or
after such meeting.
(2) All notices and obligations, including convey-
ances, mortgages or transfers shall be executed -
by the President and attested by the Vice-
President.
(3) All officers shall hold office for an indetermin-
' able period of time, at the will of the Board of
Directors. .
