JR., deceased, being HEATHER K. LEACHMAN and
BINNEY K. WELLS; THE NATIONAL SNAWMUT BANK
of BOSTON and EDWIN BINNEY 3rd as Executors
of the estate of Elizabeth Peters Binney,
deceased, and the known or unknown, born or
unborn, beneficiaries of lier estate; the four
sons of Barbara Kitchel Girdler, or if a son - ~
is deceased his surviving issue, per stirpes,
such sons being REYNOLDS GIRDLER, JR., JOHN
G. GIRDLER, LEWIS GIRDLER, ALLAN T. GIRDLER;
the heirs or beneficiaries of the estate of
Happy Kitchel Egler, whether known or unknown,
born or unborn; the two daughters of Allan
Farrand Kitchel, Jr., or if a daughter is
deceased to her surviving issue, per stirpes,
