ORDERED as follows:

filing an oath to discharge his duties, be and he is hereby
~ appointed Guardian ad Litem to represent the known or unknown,
born or unborn or minor parties defendant to this action.
2. That no bond shall be required of said Guardian ad Litem
for the faithful discharge of his duties.
3. That the Guardian ad Litem shall appear and plead with-
out service of process upon him.
