1'his cause came on before this Court upo~ the Plaintiff's Peitition for
Removal of Tenant and the Court having heard argumenta of both parties and being
otherwise fully advised, it is upon
CO~~SID3RATION, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant vacate the premises
located at 1308 N. 21at Street (back apt) , Ft. Pierce, Florida, on or before
the 29ih day of March , 197r+ . If the llefendant does not vacate said
premises by said date, Plaintitf shall be entitled to a Warrant for Possession on
