This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process ~vas duly and regularly had uPon the Defendant on the
14tk~ day of Ma?rch , 197 4, and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or othenvise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in thc premises, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That a default be, and the samc is, hereby entered against the above named Defendant for failure
to appear, ans~ver or othenvise plead to the PlaintifF's Petition; and
2. Tl~at the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant possession of the premises described in the
petition filed herein, as: 1216 Avenue L , and forthwith be put in possession of ~
the same by the force of the county, if necessary; and
