This cause coming on to be heard before me ~his day, and it
appearing from the sworn Petition and the court file in this cause
that service of process was made upon the defendant on the 12th
day of March, 1974, and that notwithstanding the Sumonons, defendant
has failed to appear, answer or.otherwise plead on the return day
fixed in the Summons, and the court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. A default be and it is entered against the defendant.
2. Plaintiff shall recover from defendant the possession
of the premises described as 28 Sunshine Avenue, Pleasure Cove
Mobile Home Park, Fort Pierce, Florida; that it shall be put into
possession of the premies by the force of the county, if necessary;
