BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized in the State and
County aforesaid to take acknowledgments, personally appeared CHARLES
C. TOIL , who, to me well known and being duly sworn, deposes
and says : -
THAT A1 Laffertv and Joann Lafferty, his wife,
were the grantees in that certain deed dated
February 17, 1958, filed February 17, 1958, and
recorded in Deed Book 235, Page 536, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
following described property, to-wit:
The East 75 feet of the following described
parcel of land to-wit:

The North 202.70 feet of the West 217.14 feet
of the N~ of Lot 8 of WHITE CITY, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at Page 23 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said land lying and being in Section 3, Township
- 36 South, Range 40 East.
- EXCEPTING THEREFROM, rights of way for public
roads.
THAT A1 La~ferty and Joann Lafferty, also known
as Joan Lafferty, were husband and wife at the
time of the aforesaid conveyance and that they
remained husband and M•ife continuously froa~ the
date of the aforesaid deed until the date of :
death of the aforesaid Joann Lafferty, also known '
- as Joan Lafferty, on March 12, 1970.
