of a secured party under the Florida Uniform Commercial Code, and
without liraitat~on u~on or in derogation of the rights and remedies
created under the accorded Aiortgagee by this riortgage or under any
other laws of Florida, it being understood that the rights and
remedies of Mortgagee under the Florida Uniform Commercial Code
shall be cumulative and in adclition to all other rights and reme-
