This cause coming on to be heard upon consent of counsel for
the respective parties hereto, and the Court being advised that
the Husband, Charles D. Chapman, on February 14, 1974, by appro-
priate deed has conveyed his interest in the hereinafter described
lands to the Wife, Dareth Chapman, subject to the outstanding
mortgage, taxes and insurance, it is thereupon
- ORDERED that the Husband, Charles D. Chapman, be and he is
hereby relieved from, and not required to make, any further monthly
. f
mortgage installment payments or pay the taxes and insurance
-
premiums on the dwelling located on tY?e following described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block l, Sabal Palms Subdivision, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, Page 16,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
subsequent to February 15, 1974. ~
