O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon the Petition of Donna
A. McKinley filed in the Court of Common Pleas, State of Ohio,
Sandusky County, and the Court having heard testimony of the
Respondent and argument of counsel for the Respondent and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing March 22, i974, the Respondent, Richard
C. Smith, shall pay to the Petitioner, Donna A. McKinley, the sum
of Sixty ($60.00) Dollars each and every month for the support and
maintenance of the two minor children, Richard C. Smith, Jr. and
Douglas Andrew Smith, now in the custody of the Petitioner, Donna
A. McKinley.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Caurt
and by him remitted to Donna A. McKinley. In addition, there is
~ hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory cost
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
