The Clerk of the above entitled Court shall not mail -
the monthly support payments made by the Respondent, Richard C.
Smith, until such time as the Petitioner, Donna A. McKinley,
permits the Respondent to talk to the said minor children above
named over the telephone, delivers the correspondence from the :

Respondent to the mi.nor children, and permits the minor children ;

to read the correspondence, and to write to the Respondent; that
gifts sent by the Respondent to the minor children shall be

delivered to them with the full understanding and knowledge that

the gifts are from the Respondent and not from the Petitioner or {
some other person. -
2. That the Petitioner shall grant reasonable rights
of visitation with the two minor children away from the home of
the said Donna A. McKinley to the said Respondent providing the
said Respondent, Richard C. Smith, does not remove thevsaid minor
I children out of the state of Ohio when he is exercising the above
set out visitation rights. ~ -
