herein assigned Agreement for Deed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonginq or in anywise appertaining.
~and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said First Party, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and.behoof of the said Second Party
forever.
TOGETHER WITH the right of possession heretofore exercised
and enjoyed by First Party, giving and granting unto said Party of
the Second Part all of the rights and authority by said agreement
vested in the Party of the First Part; including the right to
compel specific performance of such aqreement by legal action ~
brought in the name of Party of the First Part, or otherwise, as
law may require.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD such Agreement for Deed unto said Party _
of the Second Part, its successors and assigns forever.
By the acceptance hereof, the Party of the Second Part assumes
and agrees to pay all sums remaining due to said East Coast Grocery
Company under and pursuant to said Agreement for Deed, namely a
balance of principal amounting to $77,500.00, with interest at the
rate of 5$ per annum from April 3, 1974, promptly as the same
mature.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part and the Party
of the Second Part have caused these presents to be executed in
their respective corporate names by their respective officer,•
thereunto duly authorized, and their corporate seals to be~~atfixed,
