19. In the event oP default by the Mortgagor in the performance ~
of any of the terms and conditions hereof, the Mortgaqee (in addi-
tion to the rights and remedies herein conferred) shall also have
the right to avail itself of the remedies prescribed by Sections
679.503, 679.504, F.S., and all other rights and remedies conferred
upon a creditor by virtue of the provisions of the Uniform Commercial
Code effective 1 January 1967. Agreeable to the aforesaid Statutes,
the Mortgagor agrees to surrender possession of the property herein ,
