NOTWITEISTANDING anyChing appearing to the contrary, it is specifi-
cally understood that as to all submerged or filled in land the
Mortgagor covenants and warrants only that said lands are free from
all encumbrances made by the Mortgagor and that this mortgage is ,
made subject to any and all rights of the United States Government
and the State of Florida arising by reason of United States Govern-
ment control over the navigable waters in the interest of navigation
and com~nerce and the inalienable rights of the State of Florida in
lands and/or waters of such character.
