right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence continue
in a westerly direction along the South_line af said State Road No.
559 right of way Lo a point where said South right of way line inter-
sects the West shore line of the Indian River; thence meander in
a Southerly direcrion the West Bank of the Indian River Co a point
where said West Bank of the Indian River inters~cts the East end
af an existing wood bulkhead on the North bank of Taylor Creek,
thence run Westerly along said wood bulkhead for a distance of 274.0
feet, more or less, to a point where it intersects the East propert_y
line of the aforementioned F. H. Conrad property; thence run South
9 deg. 15 min. West for a distance of 35 feet m~re ar less, to a
point cvhich is the SouCheast boundary of the aforementioned F. H.
Conrad Property; tlience run South 62 degrees 16 min. tJest for a
distance of 92.6 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTItiG THEREFROM, an undivided 3/4 interest in and title
it~ and to all phosphate, minerals, and metals that are or may be

of any public or quasi public body, governmental agency, railway
company or utility company for use as public roads, drainage canals
a~id facilities, railroads, power lines, telephone lines or other like
uses.
It is the purpose of this mortgage to convey to the Mort-gagee all

seized and possessed from Government Lot 2, Section 34, Township

35 South, Range 40 East and certain submerged lands adjacent tt~

Juile 20, 1972, recorded June 29, 1972, in Official Records Book 203,
Page 2426, oE the public records of St. Lt~cie County, Florida,
and referenced coi~veyances recited therein.
