MORTGAGE MODIFICATION t

THIS AGREEMENT made the date set forth hereinbelow
between PHYLLISS BIRELY, of 510 Coral Way, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida,
"MORTGAGOR" under that certain Mortgage dated January 17, 1974 and
recorded in Official Records Book 222, page 2734 , St. Lucie

County, Florida, public records, and tVOODROi7 KANTNER
of ~
"MORTGAGEE", of the hereinabove Mortgage (by Assignment of Mort-
gage dated January 17, 1974 and rscorded in Official Records Book
222, page 2737 , St. Lucie County, Florida, public records), in
order to correct the miscalculated monthly amortization payment of
principal and interest set forth in the Promissory Note, a copy of
which was copied and recorded in the hereinabove referenced Mortgage.
WHEREAS, the said Promissory Note provided for monthly
installments of $ 312.58 , and
WHEREAS, the mathematically correct monthly installments
, of principal and interest required to fully amortize the principal
of the Promissory Note as of the July lst, 1981 maturity of said

NOW, THEREFORE, the Mortgagor and Mortgagee hereby
correct, modify and amend the said Promissory Note (and therefor
the hereinabove referenced Mortgage) that the principal and interest
payments shal.l be due and payable as follows:
In constant monthly installments of principal and interest
of $ 296.?8 each, commencing on the lst day of February,
1974 and continuing on the lst day of each successive month
until July lst, 1981, at which time the entire unpaid balance
of principal, together with accrued interest shall be due and
payable in full. i
In all other respects the terms and conditions of the said Promis-
sory Nate and hereinabove referenced Mortgage shall remain in full
force and effect.
