Lauderdale, Florida, k "MORTGAGOR" under that certain Mortgage dated ~anuary 17, 1974 and recorded in Official Records Book 222, page 2738 , St. Lucie ; County, Florida, public records, and James R. Hutchings and Helen S. Hutchings, his wife (1/2) and Woodrow Kantner (1/2) of ' ' "MORTGAGEE", of the hereinabove Mortgage (by Assignment of Mort- . gage dated January 17, 1974 and recorded in Official Reeords Book 222, page 2741. St. Lucie County, Florida, public records), in order to correct the miscalculated monthly amortization payment of principal and interest set forth in the Promissory Note, a copy of which was copied and recorded in the hereinabove referenced Mortgage. WHEREAS, the said Promissory Note provided for inonthly installments of $ 156.29 , and _ " WHEREAS, the mathematically correct monthly installments ` of principal and interest required to fully amortize the principal of the Promissory Note as of the July lst, 1981 maturity of said ~ Promissory Note is $ 148.39 ; ~ > NOW, THEREFORE, the Mortgagor and Mortgagee hereby correct, modify and amend the said Promi.ssory Note (and therefor the~hereinabove referenced Mortgage) that the principal and interest payments shall be due and payable as follows: In constant monthly installments of principal and interest of $ 148.39 each, commencing on the lst day of February, 1974 and continuing on the lst day of each successive month until July lst, 1981, at which time the entire unpaid balance of principal, together with accrued interest shall be due and payable in full.
