WHER~AS, AQUA RABELLA, INC., a Florida corporation,
gave a mortgage to the JENSSN BSACH BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, said mortgage being dated March 15, 1973 aad re-
corded on 2? March 1973 in Official Records Book 212, Page 1061,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and,
WI~:REAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date
in the amount of $1'T2,500.00, payable on or before August 15,
1973, and,
WHEREAS the parties are desirous of extending the time
for payment under said note.
NOW, TH$RSFORE, the parties, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to
the Jensen Beach Bank, do hereby amend the said note to be
payable on or before-May 17, 1974.
IN ALL OTHER RESPTCTS, said mortgage and note are
hereby ratified and confirmed.
