Ordinance~No. G-142 was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading
by title only by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
on February 11, 1974; copy of said Ordinance was posted in the City Hall
and copies were made available at the office of the City Clerk to the
public upon request during the time between the first and second readings
of the Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on second and final reading
by title only on February 18, 1974, by the City Commission of the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida.
