In this instrument the singular shsll intlude the plural and the mauuline shall intlude the feminine and
neuter. All rights snd obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, succeswrs and assigns of the Mortgagor and MoNgagee.
