hereln "Nortgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideration of conveyance
of real property hereinafter described by VENTURE OUT IN AMIERICA AT INDIAN
RIVER, INC. (formerly known as HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mort-
gagor obligated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fully identified
herein, hereby on this ana day of Ma rch A.D., 19
together with any and a~uture advances, e t er n money or supplies, made by
tlortgagee to the Mortgagor, conveys and mortgages to the said Mortgagee its
successors and assigns the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:
Condominium Parcel: Lot ~ 89i of VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER,
INC., a Condominium, accor ng to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof~recorded in Official Records Book 210 at page 1402, et
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, florida. As prov~de
for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida `
(Chapter 711, Florida Statutes 1965, et ~seg.), said description fn
this conveyance includes, but is not T~mi~ed to, al'I appurtenances
to the Condominium Parcel described, including the limited conmon
elements assigned thereto and including the undivided interest in
the caman elements of said Condominium, and, also, all other prop-
erty, real or personal, situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, now
owned, as well as that which may be hereafter acquired by the Mort-
gagor.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE

It is agreed that time is of the esse~ce of this ccntract and that in the event ef default in payment
of any installm~nt for a period of thirty days the holdEr of this note may. at its oCtion, declare all the re-
r~ainder of said debt due and collectible a~d any failure to exerc~se said o~tion shall r,ct constitute a waiver
of the right to exercise the same at~any other tia~e. In the event of default in payn~ent of this note and if the
same is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, I, we, or either of us. agree te pay all costs of ,
