corporation, who under oath states as follows:
i. That REICHART CORP., a Florida corporation, is the owner of

Lot 15, less the East five (5) feet, Block 5, LAKEWOOD PARK,
, Unit 8-A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 47, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That they executed a mortgage deed to Security Federal Savings
~ Loan Association of Indian River County, dated February 11, 1974 and

recorded in Official Record Book 223, page 2762, Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, for the purpose of providing funds for the construction of

a single family dwelling on the above-described property. '
3. That the above-mentioned~mortgage deed was recorded on
February 14, 1974 at 3~17 p.m. and in error a Notice of Conxnencement was ~

recorded prior, on February 14, 1974 at 3:13 p.m.
E 4. That it was i~tended that the above mortgage deed be recorded

~ prior to the Notice of Commencement, and it is the intent of this document
to cancel and nullify the Notice of Commencement recorded February 14, 1974
in Official Record Book 223, page 2761, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5, That as of this date no construction work has comnenced and
that there have been no notices to owner or intent to claim liens, and
there are no unpaid bills or claims outstanding for labor or material
incident to the construction of the above property.
