Before me, an officer duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared HUBERT N.
PADEN and ESTELLE L. PADEN, his wife, who, being by me first
duly sw~orn, upon oath, say: That our names are HUBERT N. PADEN
and ESTELLE L. PADEN, that affiants are husband and wife and
reside at 1732 Binney Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida; affiants
further state that they were residing at the above address in
1959 when D. W. MONTGOMERY and CATHERINE W. MONTGOMERY, his _
wife, purchased the adjoining property, being the property de-
scribed above; affiants further state that, from that time until
the time of his death, in May of 1963, D. W. MONTGOMERY and
CATHERINE W. MONTGOMERY were husband and wife and resided upon _
; the above described property, with D. W. MONTGOMERY being the ~
