The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida under the
authority of Article II, Section 14, Sub-Section 17 of the City Charter ;
adopted Resolution Number 73-85, August 27, 1973, approving and authorizing :
th e clearing of the property described herein, and did authorize the ;
amount of the bill for the clearing of said property to be placed as a i
