ficient to ~eet my wife's reasonable needs, I direct ~
~ my trustee to use all or such part of tho principal as ~
it deems necessary for her needs.
(2) I give my ~vife the general~ power to appoint .the princi- ~

pal of this trust to such appointee or appointees (in-
cluding herself or her estate) and in such amounts or
. proportioas as she sees fit by written notice to the.
trustee during her surviving lifetine or by her will or
~ codicil thereto specifically referring to this po~~rer.
This power shall be exercisable at any time and from to
time. It the trust principal is exhausted by the e:cer-
cise (s) of such power, the tr~:st shall termi~ate.
~3) Any trust principal remaining at the death of my wife
which has not been disposed by her general po~ver of
ap~ointmeat shaZl be distributed in accordance v~ith
the provisions of ABTICL~ VI of ay will. ~
