strument, un~ess some ather date is ngreed to between the parties in writing, a certified audited financial statement of the •
Mortgagor and annual complete statements of Mortgagor. If ths Mortgagor's fiscal or calendar year shall not coincide with
~te herein specified, then the date which the Mo~tgagee ~hall specify shall be controliing. Mortgagor shall supply
agee with such other fi~ancial statements as Mortgagee may from time to time ~equest.
~ 20. No ~ight or remedy provided herein fo~ the Mortgagee or provided for the Mo~tgagee in the note secured
hereby shall be exclusive of any other of said rights o~ remedies. All said rights a~d r~.nedies shall be cumulative.
~ 21. It is understood and agreed that this mo?tgage is given to secure, in aadition to the, note or obligation above
described any additional loans or future advances made within the terms of this mortgage loan to said mortgagors or any suc-
cessor in title of said mortgagors of the property he~eby conveyed; provided that the total unpaid balance of ihe indebted- f
ness secured hereby at any one time shall not exceed the original principal amou~t of this mortgage plus interest thereon ,
and any disbursements made by ~he mortgagee fo~ the payment of taxes, levies, insurance or other charges o~ the property
