SCHEDULE "B"
Paragraph 21 of the within mortgage is hereby modified to
provide that the total unpaid balance of the indebtedness
secured hereby on account of Future Advances shall not at
anyone time exceed the sum of $970~000.00 in lieu of the
provision in said paragraph limiting the amount of indebt-

edness on Future Advances to the original principal amount
of~this mortgage. The limitation to the original principal .
amount is hereby rescinded and the sum of $970,000;00 sub-
; stituted therefor. All other terms of said paragraph 21

E remain in full force and effect.
