Upon consideration, the Court finds the Defendant(s) ha 8 waived in accordance with law, her
right to be heard on matter of issuance of a Writ of Replevin, after due notice of said hearing prior to final
adjudication in this cause and further that the Defendant(s) ha ~ not filed written undertaking within the
provisions of Chapter 78.075 (2) of the Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
