upon the Complaint and the Answer herein and the Court having ~
heard testimony and having further considered the Stipulation

the Court finds as follows: ~

; 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of

~ 2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiffs.

" 3. That the allegations contained in the Complaint have
~ been proved by competent evidence, and that there is naw due
to the Plaintiffs frora the Defendants on the mortgage ~
and awing
indebtedness described in the Complaint the sum of $20,000.00
together with interest from November 10, 1973, to this date at

the rate of 996 per annum in the amount of $450.00.

Unless said sums are paid forthwith, the property des-
~ cribed in said mortgage, to wit:

All of Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, Block 2, of ~
