FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court,
having given Pull considera~ion to all the evidence, finds and
determines: The Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and ~
sub~ect matter of this su3C, that the re2ation of husband
a~nd wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Marriage betxeen HELEN B. BACKEL and VICTOR JOHN
BACKEL, Husband be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore eaisting between them and from
the obligatlons arising therefrom.
2. Each of the parties 1s hereby en~oined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
3. That HELEN B. BACKEL be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of HELEN B. COVAR and to use the same
in all reapects as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is.
retained for the entry of such further order as may be proper.
