ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on March 26, 1974, on the Wife's
Motion for Contempt Order and Notice of Hearing; and the Court having
;
heard testimony of both ~arties; the wife being represented by counsel, ~
,

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
It is therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, JESSIE ~
WASHINGTON, is in arrears in his payments pursuant to the terms of
the Final Judgment entered by this Court on November 19, 1971, in
failing to pay chiZd support in a sum in excess of $1,000.00.
2. The Husband, JESSIE WASHINGTON, is hereby held in contempt
~ of this Court and he may purge himself of contempt by paying to the ~
f
~ Clerk of this Court on Friday, March 29, 1974, and on each Friday of
~ each week thereafter, the regular support payment of $20.00 per week
i
~ plus $1.00 as Clerk's fee for each weekly installment payment, making ~
a total weekly payment of $21.00 each week.
3. Upon failure of the Husband to make said payments to the '
Clerk for the Wife, then the Wife or her attorney may file with this
i
Court an Af fidavit to that effect and a commitment order will be
~ issued without further notice to the Husband, JESSIE WASHINGTON.

~ 4. R. N. Koblegard, Attorney is directed to serve a copy of
