This cause coming to be heard upon the Wife's prayer for
temporary relief, and the Wife having testified under oath that
both of the parties hereto are registered to vote in St. Lucie
. i
County, Florida, and both of the automobiles of the parties
are registered in St. I,ucie County, Florida and bear Florida
license plates for 1974 with a"24" prefix, and the Wife having
filed her Financial Affidavit showing no income while she is ~
practice teaching her last quarter in school, and the Court
being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERSD that commencing Friday, March 29, _
! 1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Forty ($40.00)
!
~ Dollars each and every week for the support and maintenance of
~
~ the Wife pendente lite.
