EXHIBIT A '

The Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
• St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attacMed Deed
beinq a portion of Section 23, Townshi~ 36 South, Range -
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said ;
real property the ~ollowing restrictions and covenants:-
. l. Any residential construction on the premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, '
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time. `

3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
premises for commercial purposes.

4. vo dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennele
may be maintained on the premises at ar~y time for `
commercial purposes. (
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
on any part of the sa'id property any dwnping ground, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed qarbage, or any foul smelling
matter whatsoever. .
6. No tents, shacks, or qther structure of a temporary
c:~aracter shall be used as a residence or as:a place of
business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land
(other than temporary structures used during construction of
permanent buildings).
7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
' any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
; shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any
~ real property situated in said section to prosecute any
~ pz,oceedings at law or in equity aqainst the perons or person
~ violating or attemptinq to violate the same and either to
$ prevent him or them from so doinq or to recover damages for
~ such violation.

~ 8. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens
and servitudes shall run with the land and shall remain in
full force and effect until June 1, 1982 at which ti~me they
shall automatically become null. and void and of no further :
effect. ~ ;
