• I ive and bequeath to ROBERTA SCHWAGER, my ~

granddaughter by marriage, the sum of FNE HUNDRED ($500.00)
DOLLARS iE living and if not, to hec brother, EDWARD SCHWAGER. ~
ARTICLE XI ~
I give and bequeath to EDWARD SCHWAGER, my
grandson by marriage the sum of FNE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS
if livinq and if not, to his sister, ROBERTA SCHWAGER.
ARTICLE XII
I give and bequeath to EDWARD SELZNICK, my
grandson by marriage, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLIARS
if livinq and if not, to GERTRUDE SELZNICK.
ARTICLE XIII ~

All the rest, residue and remainder of the propecty
which I may own at the time of my death, real, personal and mixed,
(but excluding any property over or concerning which I may have any
power of appointment) , I bequeath and devfse to THE MIAMI BEACH
FIRST NATIONAL SANK, Miami Beach, Florida, as Trustee, to hold,

~ A. To distribute the net income derived therefrom

~ in quarterly or other convenient installments to my. beloved husband,

EMANUEL SELZNICK for so long as he shall live, to or for his benefit.
B. In addition to the above di~,$tribution from the Trust,
my Trustee shall distribute to oc for the benefit of my husband, from
~ time to time, so much of the corpus of the Trust as my Trustee shall ~
