C. Upon the death of my husband, EMANUEL SELZNICK,
or in the event he shall predecease me, then my Tcustee and Executors
shall divide the remaining corpus of my estate in equal shares , free and

clear of trust between my sister, FSTHER ROTHSTEIN and my brother,
HYMAN RNELES . In the event my sister or brother shall not survive
me, then and in that event, their share or shares shall be distributed
equally among MOLLIE TOBIAS , my niece, EVELYN KALISH , my niece,
FRIEDA MILES , my niece, MOLLIE NANUS , my niece and LEON ROTH,
my nephew. In the event any of the above named beneficiaries shall
predecease me or shall not be living at the time of said distribution,

then their share shall go to their issue, equally per stirpes and if none,
to the se~rviving beneficiaries, listed in this Sub-paragraph G.
. ARTICLE XN
No interest of any beneficiary in the corpus or income
of my estate or of any trust created hereunder shall be subject to
attachment- or claims of creditors of such beneficiary, nor may it be

j voluntarily or involuntarily assigned , alienated br encumbered by

i such beneficiary, except as may be otherwise expressly provided

~ herein .
~ ARTICLE XV ~
Notcvithstandinc~ any provision of this Will to the
contrary, any Trust hereunder or share thereof established at am~
time for the benefit of any person who is ~born after my death, shall

end , unless sooner terminated up~n the death of the survivor ~f all f
