O R D E R

This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petition for Temporary ;
l
Relief f iled in this cause by the Wife, and all parties entitled to
notice of this hearing having been duly notif ied, and the Court having
heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises, find:
That the parents appeared before the Court and each parent was
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard extensive
testimony, and it appearing to be for the best interest and welfare of
the child to be placed in the temporary custody of the mother at this
time, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that custody of JONATHAN MATTHEW DUBBERLY
is granted to the mother, MARY DUBBERLY, and the father, JOHNNY M.
DUBBERLY, is given the right of reasonable visitation with the child
j which for the purposes of this order shall be construed to mean that
~ the father shall have the right to pick up the child at the residence
~ of the mother, after work on Saturday evenings and return the child
by Sunday evening, allowing such time to the mother to feed, bathe
and put the child to s-leep by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday evening.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that commencing Wednesday, April 3, 1974, _

the Husband, shall pay to the Wife, MARY DUBBERLY, the sum of $25.00 i
each and every week for the support of the child above-named. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, and by him re-
mitted promptly to the Wife, MARY DUBBERLY. In addition there is
~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.06-as-statutory cost to be added to
~ - each payment made to the elerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash,
~ mone order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
~ y
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
- addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
